The 5 Tenets are based upon a premise.
Which is the implementation of an intentional, strategic approach to changing the way that you think.
To move from the standard "default" thought processes that govern the thinking of most people, to a mindset that allows you to "live by design".
To understand what kinds of thoughts are empowering, and which ones are not.
And then, learning how to increase your own powerful, positive thoughts while decreasing the negative ones.
